Placing an order

How can I order online?

Go to the Home page of our site on the left side you'll find all the brands available. Choose a brand and click on it.

This will take you to the selected brand page. Choose from the given list one of the brand variations you would like to buy. You will be automatically directed to your shopping cart. If you want to buy more than one brand or variation just click "Back to shopping" from your Shopping cart and choose another cigarette brand from the menu and repeat the process.

When you are done click "Go To Secure Checkout". You will be taken to the Secure Server where you should enter the required information. After that, click "Click to purchase".

At this point your credit card information is checked and you will receive an order confirmation at your e-mail address.

Which methods of payment do you accept?

We accept the payment via Bitcoins or money transfers via express payment services.

Can I make an order by telephone?

Unfortunately, no. You can place an order via online form only.

Is there a maximum order quantity?

The maximum quantity of cigarette packs is defined by your country's legislation. Please, be also aware that we do not accept large orders from first-time customers. If this is your first purchase in our online cigarette store, the maximum quantity is 10 cartons.

How can I know my order status?

After you've placed your order at you will be automatically notified by E-mail when your order is approved or shipped. Please, note that we do not ship orders within 24 hours to give you a possibility to change or update your postal address and/or order items. In such cases you must immediately send us an e-mail regarding your modifications. Please, enclose your order number when writing on the changes in your order.

It usually takes 10-21 days for your order to be delivered. However we are trying to improve our delivery process and our customers can get their orders within 10 days after placing an order on our site.

I have bought and paid for 6 cartoons and got only 4. Please explain.

We always send the full order in the same day to our customs check. Sometimes customs and post services do not manage to process all the parcels in a day and this causes delay between parcels arrival. Please expect the rest of your order to arrive shortly.

Why can't you send me a single parcel containing more cartons?

We ship goods in parcels containing 2 cartons because of customs issues and taxes.
